Bug fixes

• The GCP > Model Armor > Regions policy default now scopes to the GCP regions where Model Armor is available, instead of every GCP region. Discovery no longer attempts regions that have no Model Armor endpoint and would have errored (e.g. australia-southeast1, europe-north1). The GCP > Model Armor > Template > Regions policy derives from this default and is narrowed with it.
