Bug fixes

• The Azure > AI Foundry > Account > Encryption at Rest control in Enforce: Customer managed key mode previously failed with a KeyVaultPropertiesInvalid error from Azure. The control now passes the required keyVersion and a normalized keyVaultUri so customer-managed key enforcement completes successfully.
