Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the AWS > VPC > Security Group Rule > CMDB control could fail with a duplicate AKA constraint violation when security group rules were rapidly deleted and recreated. Security group rules now use the SecurityGroupRuleId-based AKA, which is always available and guaranteed to be unique by AWS.
