What's new?

• Added support to upgrade newly created functions to a target runtime without touching existing ones. The AWS > Lambda > Function > Allowed Runtime policy has a new Enforce: Upgrade to Target Runtime if new value that upgrades only functions created within the last 60 minutes to the runtime in the Target Runtime sub-policy; older functions are checked but never modified.
