Bug fixes

• The AWS > Bedrock > Settings > Model Invocation Logging Configuration policy and its sub-policies no longer create a control and a policy-value row on every targeted resource. They now stay dormant until you set them, so accounts that do not use this policy no longer accumulate unused controls and rows.
