aws-bedrock v5.3.0 - Configure encryption at rest for agents

What's new?

• You can now configure Encryption at Rest for agents. To get started, set the AWS > Bedrock > Agent > Encryption at Rest > * policies.

Bug fixes

• The promptOverrideConfiguration.promptConfigurations attribute for agents has now been made dynamic to avoid unnecessary notifications in the activity tab.
