Enhancements

• Added the column leaked_credential_check_enabled to cloudflare_zone table. (#187) (Thanks @Theo-Bouguet for the contribution!!)
• Added the parent hydrate cloudflare_zone to the cloudflare_dns_record table, so queries no longer require zone_id in the WHERE or JOIN clause. (#185) (Thanks @Theo-Bouguet for the contribution!!)
