Enhancements

• Updated the docs/index.md file to clarify that client certificate authentication requires a PKCS#12 (.pfx) file, and that files created with OpenSSL 3 must be exported with the -legacy flag.

Bug fixes

• Fixed client certificate authentication failing with pkcs12: decryption password incorrect for password-protected PKCS#12 (.pfx) certificates in some tables, as the certificate_password config argument and AZURE_CERTIFICATE_PASSWORD environment variable were being ignored.
