Bug fixes

The AWS > VPC > Flow Log > Discovery would go into an error state when processing Flow Logs attached to Transit Gateways or Transit Gateway Attachments. The control now correctly discovers Flow Logs attached to VPCs, Subnets, ENIs, Transit Gateways, and Transit Gateway Attachments.
