aws-lambda v5.19.1 - Function URL auth type control will now transition to a skipped state when no function URL is configured

Bug fixes

The AWS > Lambda > Function > URL Auth Type control previously entered an invalid state when a Function URL was not configured. This issue has now been resolved and the control will correctly transition to a skipped state in such cases.
