What's new?

• The AWS > EC2 > AMI > CMDB control now automatically tracks the parent AMI hierarchy for each AMI. Parent lineage details—including AMI ID, creation date, source account ID, and source region—are stored in the parentImageIds metadata array. The system captures up to three levels of ancestry (parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent), providing improved visibility into AMI lineage across accounts and regions.
