Bug fixes

• Server
  • Restored the ability to grant SuperUser permissions on AWS, Azure, and GCP resources. A guard introduced in 5.58.0 was incorrectly blocking all SuperUser grants; it is now scoped so cloud SuperUser grants work again while platform-level escalation stays protected.
