Bug fixes

• Fixed Azure > Policy Assignment > CMDB controls erroring with Bad Request: Error processing runnable input in workspaces where subscriptions are imported directly, without the Azure tenant. The control looked up the tenant resource for every policy assignment and failed when it couldn't be found — whether the workspace has no tenant imported at all, or an individual subscription sits outside an imported tenant hierarchy. Policy Assignment CMDB controls now evaluate normally in both workspace shapes.
