Bug fixes

• Fixed the Guardrails control Terraform examples for the enforceApprovedFoundationModelsForAwsBedrock, enforceMandatoryGuardrailForAwsBedrockInvocations, and restrictAwsBedrockActionGroupsToApprovedSources prevention objectives. The previous examples embedded an unsupported inline rule engine inside the agentAllowedCustomRules and actionGroupAllowedCustomRules policy values, which would have failed schema validation and produced no evaluation. The examples now use proper calculated policies via the template_input and template arguments on turbot_policy_setting.
