aws-efs v5.12.2 - File system CMDB data will now be refreshed correctly on mount target deletions

Bug fixes

The file system CMDB data was not being refreshed when its mount targets were deleted, which could cause the Allowed Encryption at Rest control to use stale data. This has now been fixed, and the file system CMDB is correctly updated on any of its mount target deletions.
