Bug fixes

• AWS > CloudFormation > Stack > CMDB and AWS > CloudFormation > StackSet > CMDB no longer go into an error state for a deleted stack or stack set whose name has been reused. Deleted stacks and stack sets are now removed from the CMDB as expected.
• Stacks no longer stay at an in-progress status, such as CREATE_IN_PROGRESS, after AWS has finished creating, updating or rolling them back.
• AWS > CloudFormation > Hook > Active no longer goes into an error state when the AWS > CloudFormation > Hook > Active policy is set to an enforce option.
