Bug fixes

• The EventBridge rule generated by the Bedrock AgentCore > Custom Event Patterns policy has been renamed from turbot_aws_api_events_bedrockAgentcore to turbot_aws_api_events_bedrockagentcore to match the lowercase naming convention used by all other Guardrails AWS mods.
