Enhancements

• Added identity_principal_id and identity_tenant_id columns to the azure_cognitive_account and azure_machine_learning_workspace tables. These expose the managed identity's principal and tenant IDs, which the identity column omits because the autorest SDK drops the read-only fields when serializing. Bug fixes

• Fixed the azure_app_service_web_app table to exclude all function app kinds, such as functionapp,linux and functionapp,workflowapp (Logic App Standard), which were previously returned alongside web apps. (#1025) (Thanks @cristianchiriac for the contribution!)
