Returns the Azure Workload Identity Federation configuration for this workspace, including the IAM role ARN (federated credential subject), the OIDC issuer URL (read from the TEF-managed SSM parameter /{TURBOT_PREFIX}/enterprise/azure_wif_issuer_url), whether WIF is supported, and the installation type (Saas or Enterprise) for UI branching.
