A RolloutSummaryByEvent provides summary information for rollouts, aggregated by event, that match the optional filter.


`accounts`	Resources	The `accounts` of the `Rollout`, subject to the optional `filter` and `paging` arguments.
`eventTimestamp`	String	The timestamp of the event.
`eventType`	String	The type of event in the rollout.
`guardrails`	Guardrails	The `guardrails` of the `Rollout` event, subject to the optional `filter` and `paging` arguments.
`phase`	String	The phase of the rollout.
`processStatus`	String	The process status of the rollout.
`rollout`	Rollout	The `rollout` this `value` is for.
